About Us
The Origin
A Gift from Tray was established December 3rd, 2020. Our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity was inspired by the acts of service performed by the late Trayvon Delane Trammer.
The Journey
This organization understands the challenges that single parent faces. Multiple layers of support are often required for a child who is attending college. This support is not only financial. The challenges of being away from home, time management, and day to day living can be daunting to a young man transitioning into adulthood. Often it is not about a meal plan , it is about nourishment.
The Destination
We are here to give the parent peace of mind. Our goal is to be that extra layer of support. We want the parent to focus on the student so that the student can focus on their studies.
