At A Gift From Tray, we believe that every young man deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter his circumstances. Founded in loving memory of Trayvon Delane Trammer, our mission is to uplift, support, and empower African American males from single-parent homes as they pursue higher education at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). We understand that the journey to and through college can be filled with challenges—financial hardships, emotional struggles, and moments of uncertainty—but no student should have to navigate it alone.
Through scholarships, mentorship, and care packages, we strive to be a source of encouragement and tangible support for these young men. Whether it’s assisting with tuition and books, providing personal care essentials, or simply offering a listening ear, A Gift From Tray is dedicated to ensuring that students feel seen, valued, and equipped for success. Every act of kindness we extend is a reflection of the heart and spirit of Trayvon, whose legacy of generosity continues to touch lives beyond his time with us.
